Delivery Policy

We outsource all our door-to-door deliveries through The Courier Guy. The couriers only deliver on weekdays from Monday to Friday between 08h00 – 17h00. Shipping charge varies by location and parcel size, the cost will be stated in your cart before you proceed to payment.

Delivery Times: This timeline is only applicable once the parcel has been picked up by the Courier
♦To Local Areas (Johannesburg, Pretoria): 1 – 2 Working Days (estimated average time)
♦ To National Areas (Cape Town, Durban, Port Elizabeth, Pietermaritzburg, Bloemfontein, etc.): 1 – 3 Working Days (estimated average time)
♦ To Regional Areas/Remote Areas: 2 – 5 Working Days (estimated average time)
♦ Products that are on backorder take extra 1 – 2 Working Days to organize stock.

We do offer an option for you to collect your order, only available in Edenvale, Gauteng. We will send you confirmation once your order is ready for collection.

Return Policy

Before returning, please contact us via email or whatsapp, there will be a process to carry out to identify and verify the claim.

Our Return Policy
♦ All returns must take place within 7 DAYS from receipt date or will be subjected to handling charges. We will NOT accept returns after 30 days from receipt date.
♦ Goods returned may be subjected to 15%-40% handling charges.
♦ All return items must be in its original condition, no damaged packaging or oil stained or painted/sprayed items or fitted/used products. They will NOT be accepted for return.
♦ Positive Sum Trading will not accept any items for return that have been modified or tampered with.
♦ All returns must have a valid and detailed reason e.g. light beam is distorted, light lens is cracked, mounting points differ etc, the following vague reasons will not be accepted. faulty, part is wrong, not working, broken.
♦ All parts carry a factory warranty limited to defects in manufacturing workmanship and/ or materials and not wear and tear.
♦ A replacement part will be provided in the case where a part fails prematurely due to defects in manufacturing workmanship and/ or materials (NO CASH REFUNDS).
♦ The warranty becomes null and void if parts are not fitted by a qualified technician. You may need to provide proof of installation at an RMI approved workshop and vehicle service maintenance records.
♦ Positive Sum Trading liability excludes any consequential loss from failure of our products, and any claim shall be limited to the supply of its replacement only.

Please be aware that your return may be subject to handling and courier collection fees. If applicable, these will be deducted from your refund credit
Electrical parts where the cost of testing them to ensure their re-saleability as well as the cost of repackaging will also be deducted from the credit.

It is essential that components, parts, equipment or related items are fitted/ installed by a qualified technician to perform the proper fitment/ installation, proof of compliance being the customers responsibility prior to any claim under the warranty being entertained.
